Mobile settings sheets on phones
On an iPhone, expanding a settings row into a form used to jump the page, so the card you were editing could end up off screen. Settings edits on phones now open in a bottom sheet that you drag down to close, so the page under it stays put. Desktop keeps the centered modal.
Agreement updates use the version you accepted
A fresh account, or one created without a consent screen, could see an "updated Terms and Privacy Policy" prompt that did not match what you had actually agreed to. TradersPost now records which Terms and Privacy versions you accepted and uses those versions when it decides whether to show the update prompt. Sign-up still counts as accepting the versions in effect that day when no separate acceptance was recorded.
Account settings on one page
Your email, password, two-factor, and phone settings used to sit on a separate Security page, apart from the rest of your account settings. Now they are all on Account Settings, grouped into the settings everyone on the account shares and the settings that are yours. Old links to the Security page open Account Settings.
Set up your account before sharing a strategy
Sharing a strategy now needs an account that is set up for it: a verified email address, two-factor authentication, a verified phone number, a billing address, and a Pro or Premium plan. Set Up Sharing, on the strategy form, walks you through each step without leaving the page. Until every step is done, a strategy you already share stays shared, but you can only make it more private.
Closed Public.com orders in your order history
Filled and canceled orders on a Public.com connection did not show in TradersPost, because Public.com did not provide them. Now your closed Public.com orders from the last 30 days appear with your other orders. An order placed as a dollar amount shows no fill price, because Public.com does not report one.
See when a signal arrived slowly
When a signal reached TradersPost late, it was hard to tell whether the delay came from your signal source. Now a signal whose source took 2 seconds or more to send it shows a faded clock beside its time on the signals list, the signal page, and the trade page, and its timing tooltip links to tips for getting faster signals. Signals without a time field are never flagged.
See Signal Speed for what affects signal timing.
Enhancements and fixes
- Shared modals are easier to read and use on small screens, with clearer focus, Escape, and help behavior.
- Phone number verification saves as soon as the correct code is entered, instead of waiting for a separate Save.
- The sidebar Setup button stays readable when you hover it.
- The reCAPTCHA badge is hidden on pages with protected forms. Those forms say the site is protected by reCAPTCHA.
- The authenticator setup QR code is drawn as a branded card that lines up with the setup key beside it.
- You can have up to 25 subscriptions connected to one strategy, up from 20.
- When a position closes or flips while TradersPost waits for open orders to cancel before an exit, the exit no longer goes out and opens the other side, and the trade reports that the position changed.
- On a paper account, a single order that flips a position from long to short, or short to long, now counts as an exit and a new entry, so the account balance stays correct.
- Windows, alerts, and notifications share one refreshed look, and a window keeps its header and buttons in place while its content scrolls.
- On a phone, two-factor setup has an Open Authenticator App button beside the QR code and setup key.
