See your distance to the trailing drawdown on Tradovate accounts
It was hard to tell how close a Tradovate account was to the level where the prop firm liquidates it. The broker dashboard now shows a To Drawdown row under the balance: how far your Net Liq is above that level. While the row shows a distance, the balance row reads Net Liq instead of Cash, so the two numbers line up. Failed in that row means TradersPost could not get the data from Tradovate, not that the account failed. This applies to Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and the prop firms built on Tradovate, for accounts with a trailing drawdown. Other brokers are unchanged.
Cancel your subscription in one window
Canceling used to take you through several pages. Now Cancel Subscription on the Billing page opens one window that cancels your subscription, asks why, and shows any offer to stay, without leaving the page.
Emails that match why you canceled
When you canceled, nothing followed up on the reason you gave. Now, about two hours after you decline the offer to stay, you get an email written for that reason, with a discount code and a link to come back. If you skip the question or pick a reason without its own email, you get a general version. If you are paying again by then, nothing is sent.
