Trades count toward their trading day
A futures trade closed after the 5:00pm Central open used to land on the calendar day it was closed, and changing your timezone setting could move daily results between days. Now Analytics files each trade under the trading day its exit belongs to: stocks and options on New York calendar days, futures on CME sessions named for the date they settle, and crypto on UTC days. The calendar, the charts and a day's trade list all use the same days whatever timezone you view them in, and hourly results on a single day still follow your own clock.
