Bug Fixes

• Fixed bug with futures continuous contract symbols in webhooks like NQ or NQ1! that caused some webhook requests to fail.

• Fixed bug with inviting users to your TradersPost account where user is already a registered TradersPost user. Accepting the invite and attempting to set a password would result in an error.
